Absolutely lovely place. We rented for Rock the Country. We had amazing one bedroom cabin. So clean and brand new. Great hospitality. So many amenities coming soon. Will be returning. They offered a shuttle for this event. The brought in food truck event for us to order food from. Nice people.

We had the best weekend in one of the cabins. We stayed in C09 and it was so cozy. The bed was super comfortable. It already had paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, plenty of towels and washrags as well. It also had dish soap for the dishes. There is also a keurig with some coffee and creamer already there if need be. I will most definitely choose to stay there again when we come back to visit family.

Midway is a great place to stay! It is very nice, featuring back in and pull through sites. Cabins are also available to rent. All the amenities you need are available: event center, pool, fitness center, laundry, showers, ice, volleyball court, basketball, pickleball, a playground for kids,catch and release fishing, and a dog park. Pet friendly is a plus! The staff are all very nice, and accomodating. We will definitely return!

I've stayed in their cabins a couple of times, they are clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved staying there. Very easy to reserve a cabin on line. Conveniently located close to current river and surrounding area. We will be staying there again.

Pretty new but well thought out. Very little grass area and an incredible amount of gravel makes up the surface cover of the park but done very well and is attractive. The office staff was very friendly and helpfull. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in cabin 10. Absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Had towels, paper towels, and trash bags. AC worked amazing!!! The bed was good, a bit too soft for me. Cabin was so clean and beautifully decorated. FYI no cups, silverware, or cookware. You will need all!! We will be back.

Wonderful park. We stayed in cabin 27, furthest from the lake, but still had a beautiful view. Cabin was awesome. Quiet, comfortable bed, clean as can bed, good air conditioning, little porch to sit on. Just a great place. High quality, well done.

We stayed in cabin #1. Alittle too close to the highway (we'll know better next time). Appeared to have everything we needed except a fly swatter. AC worked very well and bed was comfy. Hot water in the shower ran out after only one person showered. Office was closed on the weekend but after hours number was available. Employee brought extra towels when asked and helped us figure out the stove top. Pool was enjoyable. Will be glad to see when camp store is finished. Very relaxing stay.

Pulled in after a long hot day. Just happened across this park. Very clean and accommodating. They accepted my retired Military status which is a win in my book. Everything was exceptional, will stop again next time I am traveling thru.

We rented their Event Center for our family reunion. The people here were awesome to deal with, they answered all our questions and were very responsive. The event center was big enough to hold our family plus a lot more. The center was clean and inviting as we did not have to worry about setting up tables and chairs or taking them down afterwards. They let us hook into their sound system so we could have music and we had access to the kitchen area. In addition, we rented a cabin to stay close giving us access to all the amenities the campground provided. The family liked it so much, we are planning to rent the event center again in a couple years. Thank you so much!

Great mini cabin for $99! Clean and comfortable bed. There is no electrical outlet in bathroom where the mirror is. Luckily I bring extension cords to every trip. Need it if you use a hair dryer or curling iron. No sink in bathroom but you have one in the kitchenette. Could use a small side table by the bed. Overall great place!! I would stay again.

This place was absolutely amazing! The cabin was stunning and the lake is literally right in front of the cabins and it's filled with tons of fish so it made fishing so much more fun! The pool was so beautiful especially at night it was all lit up in different colors and they have pickle ball, basket ball, volley ball, a play ground for the kids! Our family had such a great time I highly recommend this place 10/10 you have to check it out you won't regret it! Our kids had the best time this place is a great for a get away with ur family or even by yourself!

What a great place for a getaway. The cabins are so quaint and cozy. The property itself is beautiful with a pond, swimming pool and dog park. The Country store has really good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a great place to stay this is your place. Very family oriented.

Very nice park and nice people. They now have a restaurant/store with good food and supplies. There seems to be something for everyone there. Pickleball, volleyball, kids play area, fishing pond, fitness center, each site has a combination fire ring/grill, and they also have an outside entertainment area with bar. Ice and firewood is available too. We would go back for sure if were are in the area.

Stayed Saturday and Sunday night26-27 th. Not busy at all so we didn’t make a reservation. When we got here the office was closed so we picked a site and set up. Plenty of room(we’re 73 ft) power was good water needs to be filtered it’s still has things coming out of the lines from being new. Great set up pool,laundry, pickle ball, volleyball,and fitness room. All were closed except the laundry. Price for camping with taxes and fees was about 62 a night. A bit pricey for the area especially since most amenities are not open yet, but it’s convenient if your visiting the area. Hopefully in the spring things will be open when we stop again.We came back 5-14-25. Rented the small cabin this time. What a difference in the park. All amenities are open and the place is great. Very clean cabin and the place top notch. Will definitely come back.Stayed in campground 11-13 to 11-15-25 everything is open new bar and grill are excellent, fair priced and camp fee was lowered making it a great deal now. Everyone who works here that we met were very friendly and helpful. The stage area with the outside seating and bar looks like a fun time when they have a band. Very quiet and clean.stayed here again 3-20,21,22-26. Had a good time again, bar area was a little busier but still good food. Thanks Mario for the stay.

Very pleased with our experience here! Contacted Mario couple months before our trip and called a week before asking some questions knew who I was and was very helpful. Picked us up at our cabins and took us to K.C on current! Even tho we was an hour late getting off the water. Mario was there to pick us up! Very nice place and plenty of things to do at the campground. The Bar and Grill had good food and reasonable prices! We will be back next year!
