Outdoor Amphitheater & Beer Garden

Gather under the Midway sky. The outdoor amphitheater seats up to 192 guests comfortably at round tables, with additional seating available for larger gatherings. The Beer Garden surrounds the stage with 50+ picnic tables, creating casual hangout zones with clear views of the entertainment — plus food and drinks from the on-site Bar & Grill. It's a flexible open-air setting for concerts, reunions, festivals, and community nights.

Indoor Event Center

Celebrate indoors in comfort. Midway's Event Center welcomes up to 140 guests with round and rectangular wooden tables for flexible seating plans — banquet, classroom, or mixed layouts. It's an excellent fit for weddings, meetings, workshops, and private celebrations when comfort and convenience matter most, and a built-in backup when outdoor plans meet Missouri weather.

No, but outside caterers are welcome. There's ample room in the event center for a caterer to set up and serve.

Yes. Both the event center and the outdoor beer garden area are available, so you can plan around the weather or the vibe you're after.

Tables and seating, plus one hour before your event for setup and one hour after for breakdown. Standard rental is three hours; additional hours and full-day rates are available.

Yes. Outside DJs and performers are welcome. We're happy to recommend Vernon Wagner with Cadillac Entertainment if you need a starting point.

We provide alcohol and bartending services for an additional fee, or you can work with your own vendor.

Yes — cabins and RV sites are available to rent for anyone traveling in.
