Check-in is 3:00 PM or later, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Select cabins are! Pet-friendly cabins allow one pet per cabin for a $50 pet fee per stay. Pets must be leashed outside, and we'll need proof of current rabies vaccination at check-in. Plus, our fenced dog park gives them room to run off-leash. Please note: bringing a pet into a non-pet cabin results in a $300 cleaning fee, so let us know about your furry friend when you book.

Occupancy depends on the cabin type — each listing shows its maximum. Need room for more? Guests can also reserve additional cabins or RV sites nearby.

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $25 fee. 14–29 days out: 50% refund. 7–13 days out: 25% refund. Within 7 days of arrival, reservations are non-refundable.

Yes — active duty military, veterans, seniors, and Good Sam members receive 10% off.

Full payment is due at arrival, and we keep a card on file for incidentals. A $5 processing fee applies to all bookings.

Each cabin includes parking for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5 per day.

11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, so every guest wakes up rested.

Yes! The stocked pond is open to all guests on a catch-and-release basis.
