Information we collect

When you contact us or request a booking, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and message. When you browse the site, we and our providers may collect standard technical data (like your device and pages viewed) through cookies. You can opt out of optional categories at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working, as well as analytics, marketing, and functional cookies to understand and improve your visit. Optional cookies are on by default. To opt out, choose Reject all on the cookie banner, or switch off any category at any time using the Cookie Settings button in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of marketing cookies.

• Strictly necessary (Always on) — Keep the site secure and working and remember your cookie choice. These can't be switched off.
• Analytics (Optional) — Let us count visits and see which pages are popular, so we can improve the site. Aggregated and never used to identify you.
• Marketing & Advertising (Optional) — Measure our promotions and show you relevant Midway ads on other sites and social media.
• Preferences & Functional (Optional) — Remember choices you make and power embedded extras like maps and the live reviews widget for a smoother visit.

Your choice is stored on your own device and remembered for about 6 months, after which we’ll ask again. Clearing your browser storage, or updates to this policy, will also prompt a fresh choice.

Third-party services

We use services such as Google Analytics (analytics) and Meta Pixel (marketing), and we embed booking, map, and review widgets from third parties. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Booking is handled by RoverPass.

We also use Google Tag Manager (analytics) to manage the measurement tags on this site. Google's tags load when you visit the site and use cookies unless you opt out. Opting out of analytics (or marketing) switches them to Google Consent Mode for that purpose — no cookies, only cookieless, aggregate measurements — and clears the cookies they set. Opting out of marketing also stops Meta Pixel straight away and clears its cookies; it stays off on later visits.

We use AudioEye (accessibility) to provide the accessibility toolbar on this site. Because it is an accessibility service rather than a tracking one, it loads for every visitor and is not covered by the cookie categories above — including if you reject all optional cookies. AudioEye processes data under its own privacy policy.

When you send us an inquiry or sign up for our newsletter, the form is delivered by Formspree, which processes and stores what you submit on our behalf so it reaches us by email. Send us only what you want us to have — a form is not the place for anything sensitive.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors from automated spam. It loads only when you reach a form, and Google collects hardware, software, and interaction data from that page for the purpose of security. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details above and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.
